Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, organization and sanitation of the service area, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in food preparation and quality control. 2. Organization and sanitation of the kitchen environment and equipment. 3. Assistance in self-service operations and customer service. \-Daily assistance in preparing foods for sale in the area (dishes, snacks, etc.), performing support tasks as instructed by the Chef or Nutritionist, using specific kitchen utensils and equipment such as cutlery, pots, oven, stove, etc.; \-Wash or sanitize vegetables, peel vegetables, slice and cut proteins (poultry, beef, fish, and pork), etc., ensuring quality and efficiency of the process to meet customer satisfaction; \-Restock prepared items (rice, beans, salads, etc.) into serving pans for customer self-service; \-Portion food for customers and collect meal vouchers when required; \-Sanitize the premises, dishes, cutlery, pots, tables, countertops, serving pans, and machinery (stove, oven, refrigerator, juice machine, etc.) using appropriate cleaning materials (e.g., detergents, soap) and tools (e.g., sponges, brushes), including garbage removal, floor washing, refilling condiment dispensers, and replacing napkins, etc.; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.545,60 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance
