Management of onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform electronic timekeeping closing and monitoring. * Execute payroll closing, including calculations and verifications. * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handling high employee turnover. * Administer benefits, ensuring accurate management and timely updates of information. * Perform vacation calculations, including scheduling, verification, and registration. * Participate in employment termination homologation processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Prior experience in the Human Resources Department. * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields). * **Profile:** Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems. * **Advantages:** Familiarity with the Senior system is an advantage. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** Market-competitive compensation. * **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$200.00, transportation allowance, health insurance (SAMP), and dental insurance. * **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes lunch break). * **Work Location:** Soteco \- Vila Velha/ES
