Circle, we need to hire a person to assume the role of Project Manager, participating in the management and execution of complex industrial projects within a demanding, high-level technical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of industrial projects, leading their operational, financial, and contractual execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and satisfaction of various customers. Location: Vitória. **Responsibilities:** Functions **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end project management from planning phase through to closure. * Monitoring project progress, financial control, and reporting to senior management. * Development and execution of complex project plans. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance. * Leadership of the project team, ensuring delivery on time, to quality, and within budget. * Internal coordination with engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and quality departments. * Monitoring supplier, subcontractor, and internal manufacturing execution. * Project risk management (timelines, budgets, and deviations). * Cash flow protection and improvement of forecasted margins. * Management of client expectations and contribution to high levels of client satisfaction. **Profile:** Requirements * University degree in Engineering or Sciences. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in industrial or energy-related projects. * Experience in EPC environments, engineering, and industrial manufacturing. * Experience in defining and executing multidisciplinary project plans. * Advanced / fluent English (mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract with a company managing high-value technical international industrial projects. * Stable position with strong professional growth prospects. * Demanding and collaborative technical environment. * Annual gross salary: €42,000 – €45,000, depending on experience and value added.
