




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Ultrafresh team, focused on customer service, product management, and team training in a bakery/pastry environment. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent customer service and management of fresh products. 2. Stock control, preparation, and display of bakery/pastry products. 3. Team training and improvement of professionalism. As part of the Ultrafresh Market team, led by the Trade Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent customer service by applying Alcampo’s established Welcome Model, providing information to meet customers’ needs. * Receiving goods while ensuring freshness and incoming condition standards. * Monitoring existing stock levels, supporting the Trade Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders, and guaranteeing product availability. * Preparing section products according to established protocols, arranging attractive displays, and correctly labeling items. * Monitoring and removing products failing to meet required quality standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising tools and equipment, as well as maintaining section facilities. * Scheduling section shifts and supporting team professionalism development through training. Desired Skills and Knowledge: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and possess: \- Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Bakery Assistant. \- Compulsory Secondary Education. \- Training in food handling/food safety and bakery machinery. \- Basic office software skills.
