Job Summary: An architecture firm is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Architect to prepare studies, conceptual designs, and construction drawings, and to develop technical solutions. Proficiency in urban legislation and approval processes JOB: Junior Architect Architecture Firm Requirements \- Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines \- Independent remote work capability \- Executive profile \- Proactive \- Committed \- Organized Responsibilities and Duties \- Preparation of preliminary studies, conceptual designs, and construction drawings \- Coordination with complementary projects (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) \- Development of technical solutions and construction details. \- Analysis and application of urban legislation and building codes \- Experience in architectural project development \- Proficiency in urban legislation and approval processes with municipal authorities and health surveillance agencies. \- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (SketchUp, Lumion or Enscape) \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit \- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with focus on deadlines and quality Contract Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) \- 100% Remote 100% Remote (Weekly alignment meeting, possibly in-person; team surveys and training may be scheduled in-person), Enseada de Sua Vitória/ES Desired Education: Completed high school with specialization in Architecture Compensation: R$2\.800,00 per month Experience: * Revit software (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
