Main responsibilities include providing basic-level technical support to drivers and administrative staff, assisting with office computer equipment operation, configuring computers, managing user onboarding and offboarding in internal systems, and maintaining customer communication in English. Administrative tasks related to IT will also be performed, and participation in process improvement initiatives is expected. A Higher Vocational Training Degree in IT is required, along with proficiency in Windows and Office 360, and a good level of spoken English. Experience with Azure is a plus. A one-month temporary contract is offered, extendable, with a split-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
