This role plays a decisive part in safeguarding the economic return of the contract by preventing rework, delays, and waste that directly impact PPP performance. * ️ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break. ️ **Meal/Voucher Allowance** – support for your daily meals; **Christmas Basket** – a special gesture at year-end; **Health Insurance Plan** – comprehensive care for you; **Dental Insurance Plan** – always keeping your oral health in check; ️ **Life Insurance (at no cost)** – protection for you and your family; **Transportation Voucher** – convenience for your daily commute; **Medication Assistance** – financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ **Wellhub** – access to gyms and physical activities; **Pluxee Cuida** – psychological, social, nutritional, and consulting support; Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor on-site execution of sanitation construction works, ensuring compliance with designs, schedules, and standards defined by immediate leadership; * Supervise in-house and outsourced construction fronts, providing technical guidance to teams regarding safe and qualified execution of activities; * Track physical progress of works, identifying deviations in schedule, cost, or productivity, and promptly reporting them to leadership; * Support CAPEX control on-site by monitoring measurements, volumes completed, and consumption of materials, supplies, and equipment; * Contribute to mitigating risks of cost overruns, rework, or corrective investments through frequent inspections and preventive actions; * Oversee simultaneous execution of multiple construction fronts (networks, pumping stations, and Wastewater Treatment Plants), maintaining consistent construction standards; * Support activity replanning in response to urban interferences, operational constraints, or authorized scope adjustments; * Assess quality of executed services, verifying compliance with designs, technical specifications, and contractual requirements; * Record and track non-conformities, supporting implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor integration of new infrastructure into existing systems, reporting identified technical adjustment needs observed on-site; * Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (QSMS) regulations at construction sites; * Guide teams on proper use of PPEs, safe practices, and compliance with current legislation; * Supervise proper disposal of construction waste in accordance with environmental regulations and internal guidelines; * Support workforce, equipment, and work-front sizing according to planning defined with immediate leadership; * Provide field information to support preparation of production reports, performance indicators, and construction records; * Support capacity-building and guidance for operational teams based on field-identified needs; * Perform other related duties as required and directed by immediate leadership. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields:** Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * ️⃣ Experience in monitoring and supervising infrastructure or sanitation construction works; * ️⃣ Experience managing construction fronts, controlling schedules, and monitoring costs on-site; * ️⃣ Practical knowledge of reading and interpreting designs, measurements, and physical schedules; * ️⃣ Experience working in urban environments and construction projects involving multiple stakeholders (municipalities, concessionaires, communities). Desirable Requirements * ️⃣ Experience with PPP or infrastructure concession contracts; * ️⃣ Experience in sewage network, pumping station, or Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) construction; * ️⃣ Knowledge of QSMS routines applied to civil construction works.
