Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing road projects, controlling materials, supervising asphalt plants, and issuing technical reports to ensure construction quality. Implementation of technical and operational improvements in production processes. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Other* Analyze road infrastructure-related projects, specifications, and technical documents; * Perform technological control of materials (aggregates, binders, and asphalt mixtures); * Supervise asphalt plant operations, controlling dosages and temperatures to ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements; * Issue technical reports, opinions, and inspection reports as required; * Collaborate in planning and executing construction schedules; * Implement technical and operational improvements in production processes. **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration; * Technical and practical knowledge of asphalt, its properties, and production processes; * Experience with asphalt plants and technological control of materials; * Ability to work on-site and interface with operational teams. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
