Procurement Coordinator responsible for the strategic management of purchasing, contracts, and suppliers, ensuring efficiency and quality across the supply chain.

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our administrative team and strengthen the company’s strategic management of purchasing, contracts, and suppliers—ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the entire supply chain.
The professional will be responsible for leading the procurement area with autonomy and strategic vision, managing contracts, suppliers, and the team in alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Procurement and Contract Management**
* Approve supplier selection in high-value or high-risk procurement processes;
* Define negotiation strategy for Class A items;
* Approve high-value service and leasing contracts, per authority matrix;
* Approve measurements and release high-criticality payments;
* Resolve measurement disputes unresolved by the team;
* Approve contractual amendments due to scope deviation.
* Policies and Relationship Management;
* Define quotation and negotiation policies for the procurement department;
* Coordinate strategic relationships with key suppliers;
* Monitor procurement and contract KPIs and define corrective actions.
**Integrated Management**
* Manage interface with Planning & Budgeting and with construction sites regarding procurement needs;
* Manage the team of Specialists, Analysts, and Procurement Assistant—including task allocation and performance monitoring;
* Represent the procurement department before senior management.
**Education and Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Proven, extensive experience in procurement within the civil construction industry;
* Track record of high-level negotiation and management of complex contracts;
* Proficiency in the Sienge ERP system;
* Expertise in contract negotiation and ABC curve analysis;
* Strategic supplier management;
* Inspirational leadership and people management;
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
* Strategic planning and process organization.
**Location:** Administrative office in Vila Velha/ES, with occasional travel to construction sites.
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Compensation: R$9.000,00 per month
