We operate across 23 states, supporting more than 1,300 strategic partners via our platform. **About the Role** We are seeking an HR Analyst to support the building and development of Apta’s team in alignment with our values. * **Business Partnering:** Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing support and consultancy on all people management topics—including team development, performance management, and headcount planning. * **Strategic Recruitment and Selection:** Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and hiring talent aligned with our culture. * **Organizational Development:** Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of development programs—such as performance evaluations, succession plans, career paths, and training programs—to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. * **Culture and Engagement:** Design and execute initiatives that strengthen our culture and enhance employee engagement, leveraging tools such as climate surveys, 360-degree feedback, and other metrics to assess and improve the work environment. * **HR Policies and Process Management:** Take ownership of creating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and processes—always aiming for optimization, legal compliance, and alignment with market best practices. * **HR Data Analysis:** Utilize HR data and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) to generate insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making in People Management. * **Mentoring and Support:** Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level HR analysts, sharing knowledge and supporting team development. **Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of labor legislation. **Soft Skills** * People management and development. * Effective communication. * Logical reasoning. * Aptitude for administrative routines. **Work Model/Schedule** * On-site (Vitória). * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
