That’s why we’re looking for a **CONTROLLER ANALYST** who wants to build an extraordinary legacy with us. **If you have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related fields; * Practical experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), managerial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting; * Experience in tracking KPIs/targets and preparing executive reports; * Preferred: Experience in real estate development/construction and understanding of project-based dynamics (SPE/SCP), schedules, and S-curves. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading the annual budget cycle (binding budget) and its revisions, including assumptions, versions, and governance; * Preparing and maintaining the monthly rolling forecast with short- and medium-term visibility; * Building and updating the managerial income statement, managerial cash flow, and results view by cost center/department; * Structuring scenarios and sensitivity analyses (volumes, prices, expenses, schedules, funding, costs); * Operating the target management system, ensuring proper target registration, definition of measurement criteria, updating of actuals, calculation of achievement rates and eligibility for variable compensation, and audit trail (evidence, bases, validations); * Monitoring key performance indicators according to the approved target matrix; * Producing gap analysis reports and action plans jointly with departments; * Creating and maintaining deviation tracking routines (monthly and/or weekly for critical metrics); * Structuring performance committees and monitoring execution of corrective actions; * Supporting the Director in prioritizing efficiency and savings initiatives (OPEX, productivity, processes); * Building and maintaining dashboards (Excel/Power BI, as per tech stack), ensuring data governance and “single source of truth”; * Automating consolidation and update routines to reduce rework; * Standardizing report and presentation templates for Executive Management/Board (where applicable).
