Driven by major challenges, we have developed a platform to simplify control and optimize management—from initial stages through project completion. **// General Job Responsibilities:** * **Surface Sanding**: Sand walls, floors, and other surfaces made of concrete, masonry, plaster, or gypsum to render them smooth and ready for painting, cladding, or other finishes. * **Finishing Preparation**: Prepare surfaces for subsequent construction phases, such as paint application, mortar, or other finishing treatments. * **Use of Appropriate Tools**: Operate electric sanders, grinders, and hand tools to ensure uniform, flawless finishes. * **Quality Control**: Inspect work quality, identify potential defects—such as holes, cracks, or irregularities—and correct them before final finishing. * **Workplace Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing dust residues, material scraps, and ensuring the site remains safe for other construction personnel. * **Workplace Safety**: Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including dust masks, gloves, safety goggles, and ear protection, to safeguard personal health during sanding operations. **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in this role? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Serra or its surrounding region?
