Managing the customer portfolio and preparing performance reports The **Commercial Analyst** is responsible for analytical and administrative support to the commercial department, including customer service, proposal drafting and tracking, operational support to teams across various units, and generating management reports for performance monitoring. We are seeking a **Commercial Analyst** to execute tasks with quality, efficiency, and alignment to Wrist Boa Praça’s operational standards and corporate culture, directly contributing to the results of the **Commercial** team. The **Commercial Analyst** is responsible for analytical and administrative support to the commercial department, including customer service, proposal drafting and tracking, operational support to teams across various units, and generating management reports for performance monitoring. * Support logistical planning to optimize transportation and delivery of supplies to vessels. * Prepare commercial proposals per supervisor’s instructions, including gathering documents, typing texts, submitting for approval, collecting signatures, sending to customers, following up, and clarifying questions. * Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system, managing identification details, addresses, contacts, billing information, and other relevant data. * Provide administrative support to the commercial team, scheduling meetings, preparing project presentation materials, identifying contacts, and managing expense reimbursements (meals, transportation, parking, etc.). * Manage the customer portfolio, directly handling contract renewals, negotiating addenda, presenting new proposals and technical solutions, all under supervision. * Prepare performance reports for the department (e.g., proposals sent, visits conducted, results achieved) for supervisor review and presentations during meetings. * Organize departmental files and documents, issuing spreadsheets, summary charts, copies, and handling telephone inquiries. * Support operational teams in customer service by providing necessary information and resources for service execution, including access authorization and clarification of contractual questions.
