




✅ Key Responsibilities and Main Activities 1\. Strategic People Management Participate in the company's strategic planning and translate organizational needs into HR actions. Develop policies and programs that enhance engagement, performance, and productivity. Create and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring TMA, internal NPS, costs, etc.). 2\. Recruitment and Selection Structure and oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Conduct behavioral and technical interviews when necessary. Implement employer branding initiatives to attract talent. 3\. Training, Development, and Performance Structure and manage training and development programs. Implement performance evaluation tools. Develop career paths and succession plans. Create and monitor individual and departmental PDIs (Individual Development Plans). 4\. Culture, Climate, and Internal Communication Strengthen organizational culture and ensure alignment between values and behaviors. Implement and conduct organizational climate surveys. Develop engagement and internal communication initiatives. 5\. Personnel Administration and Compliance Supervise payroll, time tracking, benefits, hiring, and termination routines (even if not directly executing them). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Monitor audits and inspections when necessary. 6\. Leadership Relations Act as a Business Partner for internal departments. Support managers in conflict resolution, people management, and decision-making. Promote a culture of feedback and continuous development. 7\. Continuous Improvement Projects Implement or revise internal policies, manuals, and procedures. Lead cultural and digital transformation projects within HR. Develop initiatives that enhance employee experience (Employee Experience). **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
