Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the tipper hoist in compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures, ensuring proper cable and hook engagement and monitoring the entire tipping cycle safely. * Perform daily inspections and checklists on the equipment, including steel cables, pulleys, brakes, hooks, and structural components; record anomalies and report them to maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operating area, ensuring adequate and safe space for truck movement. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities by collaborating on technical interventions and post-repair testing. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, signage, lockout procedures, and other operational practices to ensure operational integrity. * Support the operational flow of cane reception by guiding drivers to proper positioning and contributing to continuous industrial supply. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience operating a Hilo is desirable; * Driver's license category B; * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** -------------- * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Meals provided at the company cafeteria; * Employee association; * Houses under loan agreement (available for certain units); * Incentive program; * Meal allowance.
