Benefits Growth opportunities + access to courses; Requirements Technical Requirements: Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot; solid foundation in sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales; ability to negotiate and close deals that meet both customer needs and company goals; capability to conduct discovery interviews to identify customer needs; proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns; experience with follow-up techniques, from initial contact through to closing; proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Office suite). Responsibilities As a pre-sales professional, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and proactive outreach; delivering presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients; collaborating with the sales team to develop customized technical and commercial proposals; analyzing customer needs and offering suitable solutions that meet their expectations; maintaining ongoing relationships with leads, nurturing them until they are ready for conversion; staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
