As a **Mid\-Level QA Engineer**, your mission will be to perform manual validations throughout the product or solution development lifecycle, while also guiding and supporting other team members to meet pre\-defined project objectives—grounded in critical thinking, attention to detail, and a preventive mindset.
We expect you to be a key player in team **communication**, acting **proactively** to identify risks and suggest improvements to processes. You will actively participate in **meetings** conducted in **English** with stakeholders to align expectations, discuss scope, present status updates, and, when necessary, negotiate deadlines and/or priorities—ensuring quality and business goals advance hand in hand. **We Expect You To…**
* Perform validations on products and/or solutions aligned with defined test strategies, through execution of functional and non\-functional tests;
* Contribute to weekly activity planning activities together with the Product Owner;
* Support analysis, test execution, and defect reporting activities to broadly promote quality practices;
* Monitor defect reproduction and resolution, as well as improvements, collecting *logs* and providing information directly to the development team to ensure product and/or solution stability;
* Maintain daily English communication with part of the team distributed across other countries.
**We Require That You Have…**
* Availability to work **100%** **on\-site** at our offices (Recife/PE);
* Solid knowledge of Software Testing, both functional and non\-functional;
* Experience with testing methodologies and quality standards;
* Advanced English proficiency for conversation, reading, and writing.
**It Would Be Great If You Had…**
* Some experience in scope and timeline discussions with stakeholders;
* Some experience delivering technical training on testing processes.
