The ideal candidate must have proven experience in masonry and construction work, capable of interpreting plans and executing tasks accurately and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and cladding. * Interpret architectural drawings and plans to ensure correct execution of construction projects. * Mix and apply mortars and other construction materials. * Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing structures. * Ensure workplace safety by complying with safety standards and regulations. * Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on schedule. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Mason in civil construction projects. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural plans. * Ability to operate construction tools and equipment. * Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift weights. * Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses or certifications in civil construction. * Experience in finishing work.
