If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on instrumentation, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic machinery and equipment, in accordance with NR 10 and NR 12 regulations; * Proposing equipment improvements aimed at enhancing performance, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency and productivity; * Monitoring calibration frequency of plant instruments (pressure gauges, thermometers, pressure switches, thermostats, and others); * Providing support to refrigeration activities, advising operations staff on control-related matters; * Supporting PCM in developing and reviewing SAP preventive maintenance plans; * Conducting flow control valve verification and functional simulation for plant equipment; * Cleaning and organizing based on the 5S methodology; * Sharing knowledge with operations teams using the TPM methodology; * Performing problem analysis using the AQF method. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed technical training in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechatronics; * Minimum three years of experience in instrumentation; * Knowledge of electrical circuits, metrology, pneumatics, and calibration; * Proficiency in intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Knowledge of TPM. **Working Hours:** (220h) 6x1 schedule: 16:00 \- 18:00 \- 19:00 \- 00:03, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
