**ABOUT THIS POSITION:**
* **Employment Type:** CLT
* **Work Model:** In-person
* **Working Hours:** Opening shift – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* **Compensation:** R$ 1560.00 + Bonus + Sales Commission
* **Work Location:** CROCS Kiosk – Conquista do Sul Shopping
**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**
* Responsible for delivering customer service and selling products, supporting operational maintenance at the assigned store, and monitoring performance indicators to achieve individual targets set by the company, facilitate internal process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in people management;
* Prior sales experience;
* Previous experience in footwear/clothing street stores is a plus;
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Demonstrate, enable product trials, and sell products
* Enhance brand customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Achieve individual targets established by the store
* Organize, replenish, and properly display products
* Support in-store services, such as makeup application, for example
* Process orders placed by customers through digital channels
* Assist with payment collection and sales closing procedures
* Complete relevant job-specific training
* Support inventory-related routines
