This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD). **On a day-to-day basis, you’ll help transform the customer experience by:** * Providing support for financial configurations (fees, accounts payable/receivable, commissions, reconciliations, and receivables). * Diagnosing and correcting errors via bank file imports. * Assisting with Magazord’s payment gateway and integrations with other payment methods. * Identifying discrepancies in marketplace payouts and guiding customers through value verification. * Configuring financial rules, fees, and commission structures, plus testing and validating the Financial module. * Delivering consultative support aimed at optimizing processes and reducing financial inconsistencies. * Proactively preventing recurrence of issues. * Collaborating with Development, Customer Success, and Implementation teams, providing technical feedback to improve the Financial module and its integrations. **What you already bring (and what makes all the difference):** * Residency in Rio do Sul–SC or nearby locations; * Experience with financial reconciliation, receivables verification, and bank statement analysis. * Strong analytical ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies. * Effective communication and teaching skills to guide customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
