Become part of this community! **Your key responsibilities will include**: * Supervising, coordinating, and inspecting infrastructure operations and construction works for the mine expansion; * Managing construction fronts, internal teams, and contracted personnel; * Monitoring physical-financial progress, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective or preventive actions to ensure adherence to schedules and execution targets; * Conducting field inspections, validating measurements and reports, and monitoring execution; * Preparing technical reports, performance indicators, and non-conformance records, supporting audits and fostering interface among Engineering, Planning, SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment), and Operations. **For this position, we expect you to have**: * Education: Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; * Experience in coordinating field teams; * Driver’s License Category B; * Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
