**Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of electrical installations, devices, and equipment, following blueprints, diagrams, instructions, and other documents, as well as performing minor repairs to meet building maintenance demands. * Assist in preventive and corrective building maintenance, as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance on laboratory technical equipment. * Assist in building maintenance for internal construction projects and works within the Laboratories. * Perform general plumbing maintenance, repairing or replacing water tanks, showers, drains, valves, and taps when necessary. * Complete scheduled service orders by filling out specific forms. * Request from the immediate supervisor the purchase of parts and components necessary for job execution. * Carry out activities according to operational procedures, while staying updated on area procedures and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering. * Basic computer skills (intermediate Excel will be considered a plus). * Must reside in Godofredo Viana/MA.
