SENIOR TRANSPORT ANALYST SUMMARY Responsible for the Cross Docking MELI operation in the Santa Catarina region. Responsible for executing regional operations in accordance with objectives established by the customer and CEVA management. Perform administrative tasks related to daily routines and procedures of the department, monitor and control processes, update reports and documents relevant to the area of responsibility, monitor road transportation operations, answer phone calls, stratify results, respond to customer requests, verify reverse logistics, and monitor assistants’ daily routines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for KPI reporting and analysis. Conduct negotiations with carriers and customers. Prepare and provide general operational reports. Respond to customer incidents. Ensure achievement of regional targets. Serve internal and external customers. Routine checks of drivers and assistants. Training and retraining of drivers on processes. REQUIREMENTS Completed undergraduate degree; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in Logistics / Monitoring; Experience in data stratification / monitoring and reporting of KPIs; WHAT WE OFFER?
