Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path forward—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your Routine on the BP Team as a Senior Test Analyst?*** * Plan, specify, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure delivery quality; * Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and checklists based on system requirements; * Define test approaches, time estimates, effort assessments, and test level and cycle definitions per scenario; * Plan and execute functional, regression, and integration tests; * Create and maintain test automation scripts; * Collaborate with developers and business areas to validate functionalities; * Investigate bugs, analyze logs, and support root-cause identification of incidents; * Record, document, and version test executions and evidence; * Monitor quality results and metrics; * Proactively ensure delivery quality prior to production release, minimizing risks and incidents; * Contribute to evolving the team’s testing and automation practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What Do You Need to Join Us?*** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in software testing within agile environments (Scrum or Kanban); * Proficiency in testing techniques (black-box, white-box, exploratory, regression, and integration); * Experience modeling and documenting test cases, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional test strategies; * Experience with manual testing (web, APIs, and integrated systems) and API testing (Postman, REST, JSON payload analysis); * Test automation using Robot Framework—including script creation, suite organization, and library usage (e.g., SeleniumLibrary); * Knowledge of web automation with Selenium; * Version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps), including automation integration; * Ability to analyze logs and investigate defects; * Experience with software quality metrics (test coverage, defect rate, rework); * Experience with performance testing; * Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin); * Understanding of software architecture for risk analysis; * Experience applying ROI analysis to quality initiatives; * Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation. **Soft Skills:** * Critical thinking and analytical ability; * Organization and demand prioritization; * Clear communication with technical and business teams; * Collaborative attitude toward developers and other departments; * Proactivity and ownership mindset in ensuring delivery quality; * Ability to serve as a technical reference and mentor junior professionals. ***What Boosts Your Chances?*** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Certifications in agile methodologies or test analysis. **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * CLT employment; * 8h48 daily; * Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00. ***Work Model/Location:*** * Hybrid | Curitiba - PR ***Our Benefits:*** Meal Voucher: BRL 31.00/day Transportation Voucher Career Development Plan Multi-benefit Card Life Insurance SESC Membership University Partnerships Corporate University Birthday Day Off "Just dress no code" – Be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental Plan Gympass/Wellhub Psychological Support On-site Medical Doctor **\#JoinBP** Hi!
