Management and preservation of audiovisual materials Contribute to the development and implementation of technological improvements, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence applications, aiming to optimize cataloging, indexing, retrieval, and collection management. Support and execute CEDOC department routines, ensuring organization, preservation, cataloging, ingest, retrieval, and availability of TV Evangelizar’s audiovisual materials, thereby contributing to operational efficiency, technical quality of content, and the department’s technological advancement. Perform support activities for CEDOC routines, ensuring organization and maintenance of both physical and digital audiovisual collections. Perform content and recording ingest via systems such as Flow Capture, ensuring technical standards for audio, video, and metadata. Collect, validate, and process files received from external partners, verifying formats, integrity, and technical compliance. Catalog, register, and maintain up-to-date information and historical records of the audiovisual collection. Operate search, archiving, and backup systems, providing support to internal departments. Respond to requests for audiovisual materials, ensuring agility, accuracy, and timely delivery. Support the team in basic technical adjustments of third-party materials when necessary. Organize and control records and information flows, facilitating content access and traceability. Comply with the broadcaster’s defined technical, operational, and information security standards. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence and process automation; * Capacity for continuous self-learning, with focus on emerging technologies and AI; * Basic understanding of programming logic and tool/system integration; * Organization, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams DESIRABLE * Courses or certifications in AI, automation, data, or digital innovation; * Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n or similar); * Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript or similar); * Experience in audiovisual production environments, television, or communications; * Experience in innovation projects, digital transformation, or process optimization.
