As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be the link between the platform and the municipalities served, promoting the strategic use of the tool, monitoring success indicators, conducting onboarding sessions, follow-up meetings, and training, as well as proposing actions to elevate the customer experience to the next level. Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct **onboarding** for new clients, ensuring a smooth and success-oriented implementation; * Hold **periodic follow-up meetings** (ongoing), promoting engagement, retention, and strategic platform usage; * Administer and analyze **customer satisfaction surveys** (NPS and CSAT), proposing action plans based on results; * Proactively manage **churn risk situations**, designing personalized retention strategies; * Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (product, support, sales), ensuring seamless resolution of requests; * Deliver in-person and online training.
