This role requires a balance between commercial and analytical profiles. The Digital Business Consultant interacts directly with distributor leadership teams, presenting and negotiating promotional calendars and strategies defined by manufacturers, ensuring distributors execute them. They also interact with multiple internal CA areas such as Manufacturers, CRM, Finance, etc., bringing market inputs and insights so that CA’s strategy and partnered manufacturers align with real demands and challenges of digitizing the distribution market. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop a multi\-manufacturer portfolio of indirect channel distributors through active leadership and management of key B2B business indicators such as sell\-out, product range expansion, lead time, mix, revenue tracking, credit granting, churn, etc. * Lead and engage with distributor field teams (RCAs/sales representatives) and manufacturer commercial executives to drive online business growth through promotion calendar dissemination, sales team training, and deep understanding of traditional and digital distribution routes. * Act as an ambassador for digital transformation and our tools (Power BI, Seller Portal, Compra Agora Portal, Loyalty, and Trademaster). Use data to influence and guide internal departments within the distributor such as sales, finance, trade marketing, etc., boosting order traffic through the Compra Agora platform. * Manage and monitor the end\-to\-end (e2e) supply chain: from order placement on the platform to product delivery to the retailer. Identify the main challenges faced by distributors and retailers in digitization via Compra Agora and act as a catalyst for solutions through consulting with distributors and coordination with internal CA teams. * **Here’s What You’ll Find:** + Commercial development focused on digitization.
