With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop strategic projects focused on improving industrial performance, increasing productive capacity, and developing new products, aiming to meet market demands and promote corporate competitiveness. Prepare and present complete documentation required for evaluation and approval by investment committees, ensuring proposals are technically sound and aligned with the company’s financial and operational objectives. Monitor project execution, with focus on specifications. Support the management area in analyzing and measuring results achieved through projects, quantifying gains in terms of productivity, efficiency, and innovation in the product mix, aiming to generate value and support strategic decision-making within the company. Develop, approve, and implement strategies for equipment and manufacturing process technology development across industrial units, aiming to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance global market competitiveness. Enable strategic partnerships with suppliers, universities, and innovation-funding institutions both in Brazil and abroad, as a means to accelerate technological development, incorporate best-in-class market practices, and foster knowledge exchange. Lead the adaptation of proven technologies from other economic sectors for application in the meat industry, broadening innovation possibilities, improving efficiency, and contributing to the development of pioneering solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project development and execution, preferably in the meat products sector (animal protein). Project Management: Expertise in critical data analysis, schedule development, and detailed technical specifications. Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock) regulations and current sector legislation. Design and Layout: Proficiency in creating and interpreting industrial layouts and complex process flowcharts. Factory Floor Experience: Proven experience in on-site execution monitoring, technical validations, and implementation of operational training. Situational Leadership: Ability to adapt management style according to team maturity and project complexity. Analytical Thinking: Focus on continuous improvement and resolution of complex problems. Strategic Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and didactically across all hierarchical levels. Emotional Intelligence and Resilience: Ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain productivity in high-pressure environments. **Additional Information** Fluency in English and Spanish will be an advantage.
