Job Summary: Operate and monitor waste processing equipment for manufacturing animal feed ingredients and biofuels, ensuring quality and sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of waste processing equipment 2. Focus on quality control and preventive maintenance 3. Contribution to circular economy and resource recovery * Shift: 1:00 PM to 11:40 PM * **Equipment Operation:** Operate rendering equipment (cookers, presses, centrifuges) for waste processing. * **Feeding and Monitoring:** Feed raw materials sourced from the slaughterhouse department into machines, monitoring cooking and separation processes (tallow/meal). * **Quality Control:** Verify that production meets technical specifications and quality standards. * **Cleaning and Maintenance (5S):** Perform organization, hygiene, and cleaning of machines and work areas, following safety principles. * **Adjustments and Minor Maintenance:** Carry out minor adjustments, lubrication, and preventive maintenance to avoid production stoppages. **Requirements and Work Environment:** * **Environment:** The routine is intense, with high humidity and low temperatures. * **Safety:** PPE usage is mandatory due to the refrigerated environment. * **Qualifications:** Completion of elementary education; technical courses or experience in this role are preferred. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper processing of by-products for manufacturing animal feed ingredients (PET and monogastric markets) and biofuels, reinforcing commitment to resource recovery and circular economy.
