Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Assistant for our Logistics team, responsible for overseeing pickups, labeling packages, sorting and storing products. Key Highlights: 1. Requires proactivity, organization, and ease of working in a team We are looking for a **Shipping Assistant** to join our Logistics team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor carrier pickups and loading. * Label packages corresponding to each issued invoice. * Sort items from the pre-invoice, verify quantity and batch number, box products to release order billing. * Store finished products ready for shipment to customers. * Organize and maintain workplace cleanliness. **Professional Profile:** * Proactive; * Analytical; * Organized; * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams; **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work Monday through Friday: 7:12 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break). **What We Expect From You:** * Education: Completed High School * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. * Availability to work in Jaboticabal.
