Every day, more than 170 employees dedicate themselves to our mission of delivering health solutions to our patients. **Your Role** Reporting to the **IT Manager**, You will be responsible for: **Job Mission:** * Provide operational support to Information Technology activities, assisting with equipment maintenance, basic user support, and execution of predefined technical routines; * Contribute to IT operational continuity by ensuring organization, proper activity logging, and efficient support to team analysts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in handling basic user support requests, logging and routing tickets according to departmental procedures. * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals. * Assist in preparing and configuring workstations and devices used by employees. * Support IT asset inventory and control activities, maintaining up-to-date records of hardware and software. * Assist in organizing cabling, basic network infrastructure, and equipment identification. * Accompany IT analysts during technical tasks and projects, providing operational support as needed. * Assist in executing software update routines and performing basic system functionality checks. * Log completed activities in ticketing systems or other IT department control tools. * Maintain organization of the IT environment, equipment, and materials used in departmental activities. * Perform other related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor. * Assistant Level: Perform operational and technical support activities under direct supervision of analysts and the department manager, contributing to the continuity and organization of information technology services. **Your Profile** **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and general computer usage); * Fundamental knowledge of hardware and user support. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic understanding of computer networking; * Prior experience in technical support or user assistance. **Expected Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes (Behaviors):** * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork * Communication * Agility * Responsibility * Organizational commitment * Learning ability * User service orientation **Benefits** * Complimentary breakfast * Free parking * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance **Discover More About Us:** We are a dynamic company driven by a winning spirit, committed to strong growth while maintaining close relationships with our customers and employees.
