**What we are looking for:** A professional to support regional coordination by monitoring branch KPIs and routines, ensuring process standardization, information reliability, and support for administrative, logistics, tax, and inventory operations—contributing to the cooperative’s continuous performance improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day here:** * Monitor key operational and administrative KPIs across branches on a periodic basis. * Conduct operational follow-up meetings with branches. * Manage and monitor the regularization of Transit Transfer Invoices. * Monitor the flow of invoices for use, consumption, and resale. * Track the execution of the daily counting system. * Monitor compliance with corporate routines requested by headquarters. * Handle and track requests for product transfers from regular to irregular warehouses. * Support monitoring of inventory accuracy across units. * Update and maintain regional management tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and managerial reports. * Develop and update managerial KPIs to support decision-making. * Provide support to branches in using management tools and corporate systems. * Track operational pending items among branches, distribution centers, and headquarters. * Assist in standardizing administrative, logistics, and operational processes. * Support internal audits and operational compliance processes. * Conduct periodic visits to units for operational follow-up. * Prepare managerial presentations and performance tracking materials. * Continuously seek improvements in regional processes, tools, and operational routines. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in administrative, operational, or managerial control activities—highly desirable. * Knowledge of KPI analysis, inventory management, logistics, and branch support. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SAP, and development of dashboards and managerial reports. * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Private pension plan; Meal allowance; Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; Life insurance; Transportation allowance.
