Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the cash register, recording transactions, verifying documents for financial control, serving customers, and performing collections.

**What We’re Looking For:**
You will be responsible for managing the cash register, recording transaction movements and verifying negotiation-related documents to support cash control.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Manage the business unit’s cash register, serving customers courteously, processing receipts and issuing invoices, confirming deposits, applying debt write-offs in the system, preparing statements, printing or sending invoices and bills, and performing pre-closing of the cash register.
* Conduct debt collections when necessary, informing producers about outstanding debts, monitoring due dates and payments.
* Perform preliminary control of upcoming debts.
* Verify promissory notes, duplicate invoices, and stubs, reviewing documents in the system and collecting required signatures.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:**
* Completed High School;
* Basic computer skills;
* Prior experience in this role is desirable;
* Availability to work Monday through Saturday;
* Teamwork and communication skills.
