Market trend analysis and system optimization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Responsibilities:** Develop software systems based on requirements gathered by business analysts, using appropriate programming languages and tools aligned with internal needs and strategies. Conduct tests and analyze developed systems to ensure compliance with specified functional and non-functional requirements, utilizing testing techniques and simulated environments. Support the system acceptance process with end users and stakeholders, ensuring all functionalities have been validated as expected and requested by end customers. Deploy and validate developed systems in the production environment, ensuring they are operational and available for end users, in accordance with internal requests and strategies. Participate in daily Sprint and Backlog planning meetings, contributing to daily planning of tasks, alignment of project priorities and goals with the development team and end customers. Provide technical support, collaborating with support teams, business analysts, and testers to identify and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring system stability and functionality. Analyze and validate requirements described by the business analyst in the Product Backlog, validating them with end users and planning implementation according to existing architecture and internal policies. Document modifications made to systems, maintaining up-to-date version and change records to ensure traceability and integrity of source code and developed functionalities. Monitor general market trends in the Technology and Systems Development sector through communities, networking, and learning platforms, identifying opportunities for internal updates or optimizations, and following up accordingly. Provide assistance to managers and colleagues whenever necessary, supporting information accessibility and transparency for non-confidential information, in compliance with corporate policies and culture.
