If this resonates with you, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day here:** Responsible for organizing and providing documents and evidence, ensuring correct attachment and timely updates in internal systems and client systems. Handle withdrawal orders, register procedural information, and monitor deadlines, directly supporting the legal team. Draft simple pleadings based on standardized templates, track calculation requests, and contribute to the proper conclusion of legal proceedings. Perform administrative tasks related to judicial and extrajudicial commitments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Participate in maintaining ISO 9001 certification and quality management, identifying improvements and supporting audits. Act responsibly in data protection and information security, ensuring integrity and compliance in all processes under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embrace the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** Bachelor’s degree in Law (completed or currently enrolled); Microsoft Office suite; Experience in internships at public institutions, law firms, or similar settings. **Additional Information** Must reside in cities near the office.
