**Job Description** **This position is for on-site work in Monte Alto, SP.** **Who will you work with?** The Wabtec Commercial Team is committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations by meeting their needs with agility and expertise. You will work directly with Management, the Executive Board, and an internal team of six people. You will interact with other departments such as Engineering, Logistics, and Production. Daily interaction will also occur with colleagues from other Wabtec units abroad—primarily in the U.S., Italy, and Germany—as well as with our Commercial Representatives across Latin America. **How will you make a difference?** As part of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for serving international customers and certain specific Brazilian clients—analyzing their needs, negotiating orders and new products. You will travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and events. You will oversee the entire export process, from start to finish. You will contribute to developing strategic plans for entering new markets and launching new product lines. **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of aluminum casting (desirable); * Willingness to travel. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead and execute sales strategies targeting the B2B market of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); * Acquire new business; * Prospect potential customers; * Maintain strong, profitable relationships with the existing customer base, ensuring the company’s sustainable growth; * Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities in the OEM market through market research, networking, and field visits; * Analyze market trends, competition, and investment feasibility in new segments to guide commercial strategy; * Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with existing OEM customers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, maintain current business, and generate new opportunities; * Negotiate contracts, delivery timelines, and commercial terms, aiming for profitability and customer retention. **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
