We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality work in the development field. **Required Qualifications**: * Solid experience as TL/Staff/Lead in **Go and/or Java** for mission-critical systems. * Synchronous and asynchronous integrations (REST, messaging/streams; Kafka/SQS/Rabbit). * Advanced testing practices: unit/integration/contract; CI quality gates. * Idempotency, deduplication, outbox/inbox patterns, sagas/compensations (applied). * Observability (OpenTelemetry or similar), production debugging, performance/profiling. * Security best practices: OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, secrets management, principle of least privilege, logs without PII. * Proven experience in payments/post-payment (or strong exposure), with understanding of states, deadlines, and exceptions. * Ability to discuss reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes, and operational impacts. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with high-volume reconciliation and reprocessing. * Kubernetes, advanced CI/CD, canary deployments, SRE practices. * Experience with acquiring/sub-acquiring (split, schedules, advance funding). **We Offer**: * Excellent work environment for skill development; * Friendly and casual environment; * Remote work; * Flexible working hours; * A day off on your birthday. **Want to join this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
