Customers, delivery quality, and attention to merchandising have been part of our 52-year history. It all began in 1972 when Edison Arantes, driving a Volkswagen Kombi, purchased sweets and served customers door-to-door. Many Galak, Prestígio, and Chokito chocolates were sold in those years, not to mention São Luiz biscuits and caramels—the only ones produced with pure Nestlé milk. Over the years, the company grew and expanded its operational area until becoming a Nestlé Specialized Wholesaler in 1991. In the 1990s, the sales model was modernized with new technologies and the pre-sales system implemented by Juliano Arantes, the company's current director. As a result, more products reached store shelves and more customers were served. By 1998, we already demonstrated our differentiation, standing out as the first Specialized Wholesaler in the São Luiz Biscuits category. In the 2000s, the company achieved a new status: Authorized Nestlé Distributor. In a continuous improvement process, we implemented an internal strategic plan themed 'Attitude,' and then successfully embraced the challenge of the StarD Project, aiming for distribution excellence. In 2007, we became 100% Nestlé, and two years later, we were awarded National Recognition in administration and distribution categories. Leveraging all the expertise acquired over the years, in 2010, the company was invited to distribute Nestlé products under the Broker model. Since then, we have grown and transformed, and in 2018, we won the national and Southeast StarB award (Nestlé Excellence Program), covering safety and compliance, winning skills, and commercial performance. We are deeply grateful to the city of Franca, SP, which welcomed us for 47 years, and since 2019, we have moved to a new home, headquartered in Brodowski, SP. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for Sales Representatives to prospect new Nestlé ice cream customers and sell to existing clients in our database. The professional will be responsible for expanding the customer base, selling to active clients, ensuring product availability at points of sale, and boosting regional sales performance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES* Conduct client visits to markets, bakeries, snack bars, and other retail outlets. * Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. * Ensure presence and visibility of Nestlé ice creams at the point of sale by negotiating shelf space and displaying promotional materials. * Provide support and guidance to clients regarding proper product storage. * Achieve company-established sales targets. * Restock and promote product displays and monitor product expiration dates. * Record orders, track deliveries, and handle potential post-sale issues. * Analyze daily reports on visits and achieved results. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma (completed). * Previous experience in external sales or customer service. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. * Valid driver's license (CNH) category B and own vehicle. * Availability to work in the field and frequently travel. * Good organization and discipline in following routes and meeting targets. * Must have a personal car.
