Job Summary: OCA Global is seeking a dynamic Occupational Safety professional to work in field-based safety and operational team management, with a focus on guidance, training, inspections, and incident analysis. We are looking for a dynamic Occupational Safety professional with strong responsibility and leadership skills to work in occupational safety and field-based operational team management. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Field Guidance:** Accompany work sites to guide teams on compliance with safety regulations and correct use of PPE. * **Health and Environment (SSMA):** Deliver and manage onboarding and periodic safety, health, and environmental training. * **Preventive Routines:** Conduct safety inspections across work areas and hold Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with staff. * **Incident Analysis:** Investigate causes of workplace accidents or incidents, prepare technical reports, and develop preventive action plans. * **Document Management:** Organize and maintain legal safety documentation (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO) and monitor expiration dates of ASOs (Medical Examinations). * **Technical Compliance:** Ensure all field activities fully comply with regulatory standards (NRs) and client-mandated safety requirements. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment, MTE). * **Experience:** Technical experience in field inspections and training. * **Skills:** Strong instructional communication, document organization, and risk-aware profile Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.255,17 – R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Company vehicle Experience: * Occupational Safety (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
