A technology company is seeking a Generalist UX/UI Designer in Caieiras. Klab Digital is a company specializing in digital solutions and online marketing. It offers services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Design and evolve end\-to\-end digital experiences. Define information architecture, user flows, and customer journeys. Interpret and apply research insights to design decisions. Plan and analyze usability tests. Bridge the gap between UX (user experience) and UI (user interface). Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops. Organize and prioritize the design backlog. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, considering technical impact.
