Carrying out preventive maintenance (TPM) **Job Posting Title** Production Operator I**Job Description Summary** Operate machines following the control plan and operational instructions, fulfilling production orders with the objective of producing high-quality parts and meeting customer requirements.**Job Description:** * Verify that product-related documents are present at the machine, consulting the operational instruction to ensure the product complies with the control plan, drawing, and tracking card. * Feed the machine feed silo with the product to be manufactured, using the monorail system to transport parts to perform the required operation. * Operate machines following procedures to ensure quality and meet customer requirements. * Perform measurements on the product currently in the machine using measuring instruments to ensure the product meets quality standards. * Complete the dimensional control document by recording the measurements taken, to verify whether parts comply with the control plan / drawing / tracking card. * Execute the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) checklist through specific inspections for each machine, aiming to prevent unplanned downtime due to breakdowns and preserve equipment condition.
