Responsibilities and Duties * Manage finished goods inventories and/or order portfolios to ensure optimal delivery performance (product availability) * Integrate and maintain communication regarding raw materials (RM) and finished products (FP) among Quality, Sales, Procurement, Importation, Manufacturing, Formulation, and Logistics departments. * Analyze the product portfolio to monitor items that may be discontinued or new product launches. * Assess risks of RM or component shortages, etc., and develop strategies to minimize such risks. * Coordinate the execution of the shipping process to meet customer requirements and the company’s requirements for timeliness, cost, and quality. * Ensure appropriate storage of materials and finished products, as well as warehouse organization. * Coordinate maintenance of inventory control routines. * Coordinate receiving activities. * Coordinate shipping activities; * Coordinate the receipt of imported goods; * Plan and supervise warehouse operations to ensure control, organization, and integrity of stored materials; * Update procedures when necessary to keep routines/practices aligned with the Quality Management System documentation; * Train employees on related processes; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
