The **Brasif Máquinas** operates across sectors including construction, agribusiness, mining, and logistics, delivering solutions that boost productivity and operational efficiency throughout Brazil. If you seek a dynamic, organized environment with direct impact on operations, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** * Collect and monitor equipment hour meters * Monitor Case-branded equipment hour meters via telematics * Maintain contact with customers to align service requests * Create Service Orders (SO) and Sales Orders (SOV) in SAP * Request service scheduling from responsible departments * Organize material shipments via freight carriers (BH branch) * Return completed Service Orders to customers * Track contracts via Case Care * Manage tickets in the C4C (PMP) system * Monitor and deliver results related to departmental activities **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Basic knowledge of data analysis and contract management * Experience or familiarity with the SAP system * Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualification:** * Knowledge of Power BI **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Strong communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Organization and task management * Commitment Brasif Máquinas distributes the following brands: Case Construction, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipment; Hyster\-Yale, the global leader in material handling equipment; FPT Industrial, with Brasif Máquinas being the first master distributor in Brazil for FPT engines used in vans, trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery, marine applications, and power generation.
