Alicerce Educação is a social impact startup with the mission of reducing educational inequality in Brazil. The Alicerce Educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports the development of Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and workplace-oriented skills for students who, for various reasons, did not have the opportunity to complete their studies. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Have prior teaching experience; \- Be available to teach subjects covered by the pedagogical pathways, including Portuguese language, Mathematics (Elementary Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary topics outlined in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), adapting to the project's target audience; \- Possess basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Be proficient in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Own a computer or laptop with internet access. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the Position:** **LOCATION:** Avenida Professor Pedro Clarismundo Fornari, 860 **Class Schedule:** 3 times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM) Contract Type: Service Provider — Legal Entity (PJ) * Compensation: BRL 35.43 per hour worked \+ 1.5 hours weekly for pedagogical rituals * Deliver classes in Portuguese and Mathematics (covering foundational content from Elementary Education I and II) as well as project-related topics.
