It connects qualified professionals with companies seeking expertise in digital and IT solutions. **Responsibilities:** Produce, review, execute, and manage test artifacts, considering risk-based strategies and focusing on critical business flows. Interface with stakeholders during UAT, ensuring tests reflect real-world processes and acting as a bridge between technical teams and end users. Manage risks and analyze the impact of changes, anticipating issues and proposing preventive actions. Monitor and report test progress, coverage, and metrics via dashboards, analytical tools, and email updates. Promote QA best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies. Previous experience as a Senior Test Engineer, Software Quality Specialist, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, or Senior Tester may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
