Map, analyze, redesign, and standardize operational, administrative, and support processes. * 2\. Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process-based management. * 3\. Identify opportunities to reduce waste, increase productivity, improve quality, and lower costs. * 4\. Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans to improve results. * 5\. Facilitate continuous improvement events (Kaizens, workshops, and working groups) involving multidisciplinary teams. * 6\. Prepare flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, and other documents within the management system. * 7\. Support the implementation and sustainability of a continuous improvement culture by delivering training and disseminating best practices. * 8\. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions. * 9\. Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and systems, ensuring compliance with established standards. * 10\. Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and other departments to enhance process efficiency. * 11\. Ensure processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, quality standards, and corporate policies. * 12\. Prepare executive presentations and report project results to leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you must have: * 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * 2\. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement, process management, or operational excellence. * 3\. Experience in project management and process improvement implementation. * 4\. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Improvement tools: Process-Based Management (BPM); PDCA; Kaizen; Six Sigma; Value Stream Mapping (VSM); 5 Whys; Ishikawa; Pareto; 5W2H; FMEA; Indicator Management (KPIs); Project Management. * 5\. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. * 6\. Strong experience developing indicators and executive presentations. It will be a plus if you have: * 1\. Postgraduate degree or specialization in Process Management, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields (preferred). * 2\. Risk management, planning and controls, project management, portfolio management, auditing, and guideline definition; * 3\. Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or related distribution sectors; * 4\.
