Job Summary: Performs general building maintenance services, including replacements, repairs, environment conservation, and support for preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general building maintenance and internal/external environment conservation. 2. Supports preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas. 3. Carries out painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry activities. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance services; replacements, component and equipment exchanges, cleaning of parts, and repairs; internal and external environment conservation; support preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas; assist in factory layout adaptations and modifications; perform painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry activities; respond to maintenance requests by evaluating and seeking prompt and safe solutions; support the Maintenance team in simple tasks; ensure proper care of machines, equipment, and tools; comply with company safety regulations and procedures; perform other duties related to the position. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Requirements: Strong knowledge of masonry, painting, plumbing, and carpentry; NR 35 Working at Heights; Training according to the job's Versatility Matrix; Experience may be assessed via practical test and/or performance evaluation. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,551\.47 **Benefits:** --------------- Food basket, shuttle service, transportation allowance (VT), on-site medical clinic, and cafeteria. **Work Location:** ---------------------- JOTAEME FITAFER \- HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
