Organization and delivery of materials Job Description: Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver materials, and assist with inventory to ensure cohesive inventory control and compliance with departmental processes, deadlines, and policies. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect materials by counting items against the invoice to ensure the received quantity matches the invoice. Sort materials according to emails received from both the Installation Department (third parties/internal teams) and other departments to supply requested items for activity execution. Deliver materials to employees using validated lists from the Installation and Support Departments, with signed material requisition forms, to properly supply field teams. Assist with inventory control using entry and exit spreadsheets to inform the Purchasing Department about items requiring replenishment. Assist in preparing the weekly inventory by physically counting and verifying stock items to report accurate information to management, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records.
