Responsibilities: * Perform detailed analyses using intermediate or advanced Excel, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions. * Work with systems such as PROMAX or similar, SAP, electronic inventory, and WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Carry out accounting routines related to reconciling working capital assets (credit and debit of push-through) and counting returns. * Manage exchange and replenishment processes, ensuring operational efficiency. * Control breakages associated with internal movement, ensuring all data is accurate. * Reconcile freight vouchers with carriers, maintaining strict control over these records. * Ensure warehouse sanitation in coordination with operators and manage open maps.
